The below left picture is a distance shot of a Scarlet-backed Flowerpecker (Dicaeum cruentatum) with a purple fruit from Clidemia hirta in its beak. This bird is a frequent visitor of my balcony garden and has probably contributed to the seedlings of Clidemia hirta in my pots. It loved the cherries found on the Muntingia calabura trees planted along my corridor (below right picture).
